General Terms and Conditions 

General terms and conditions of Harmonie massage, responsible person Eliška Karafiátová ID number: 17406072, registered office Pernštýnská 15 Pardubice 530 02

1. Basic provision

1.1. These general terms and conditions govern the legal obligations between the service provider, the Harmonie massage company (hereinafter referred to as the operator) and the buyer of the services provided (hereinafter referred to as the buyer or customer).

1.2. The operator provides massage services on the basis of a valid trade license and a responsible person with certified professional competence for the activities performed.

1.3 By ordering a massage appointment by phone or electronically, the buyer/client indicates his/her agreement with the general terms and conditions of the operator.

2. Order service 

2.1. Date of the visit The date of the visit must be agreed and reserved in advance by phone or electronically. The agreed date is considered a binding order.

2.2. Reordering

 If for serious reasons you cannot appear on the agreed date, this fact must be communicated with min. Call 24 hours in advance.

2.2.1. Cancel an order

 If, for serious reasons, the client cannot attend the agreed date, he is obliged to inform the masseur of this fact as soon as he learns of the obstacle.

If the client does not show up for the agreed date without an excuse at least 24 hours in advance, or cancels the massage just before arrival, he is obliged to pay the cancellation fee according to the Price List. The client will not be ordered until the cancellation fee is paid in full.

2.3. Late arrival, reduction of the ordered time range by the client
If the customer arrives late, the time will be reduced by this time without the right to a proportional price reduction. In the same way, if the customer needs to shorten the massage on the spot due to time reasons, this shortened period of time will not be replaced and the customer thus pays the full price of the order. In the event of a longer (10 or more minutes) delay without a telephone apology, the customer's appointment may be canceled and in this case a cancellation fee will be applied, see Price List.

2.4. Refusal of massage
Massage can be refused in the following cases: 
a) the customer comes to the massage with obvious symptoms of infectious diseases
b) the customer arrives for the massage drunk or under the influence of addictive substances
c) a customer arrives for a massage with health problems of a medical nature
d) the customer arrives for the massage in an unsatisfactory hygienic condition
e) the customer expresses himself in an inappropriate manner while ordering a massage appointment

2.5. Early termination of the massage
The massage may be terminated early if: 
a) during the massage, the customer develops obvious symptoms of infectious diseases, or
b) during the massage, the customer shows obvious signs of intoxication or addictive substances, or
c) during the massage the customer shows obvious symptoms of health problems, or
d) during the massage, the customer will behave in an inappropriate manner despite repeated requests

2.6. Accompaniment and accessibility
The massaged person can be accompanied as a visitor by a maximum of one person, who will then wait in the waiting room for the end of the massage. It is not recommended for safety reasons to bring a child under 8 years of age. The massage parlor is not adapted for baby carriages and bicycles. For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to bring animals to the massage parlor.

2.7. Personal belongings and valuables
For the entire duration of the massage, the customer keeps his belongings in a place designated for this right in the massage studio. Any alienation by a third party is excluded, as only the customer and masseur are always present in the premises (one room). Everyone takes valuables into the room at their own risk and is also responsible for them.

2.8. Informed consent of the customer
Before the first massage, the customer is instructed about health risks, indications and contraindications. If he decides to undergo a massage, he clearly and freely expresses his informed consent. If he intentionally withholds important health information, especially a contraindication, he bears responsibility for all risks caused by the massage. The masseur does not guarantee the expected effect of the massage.

2.9. Price list of massages

3. Payment for massage services

Payment in the establishment is possible in cash or by QR payment.

4. Final Provisions

4.1 Occupational safety and risk prevention in the workplace By entering the establishment, the customer expresses his understanding of his obligation to comply with the rules of work safety and risk prevention at the operator's workplace and the obligation to comply with the safety instructions of the masseuse in charge.

4.2.Validity and effectiveness

These new general terms and conditions enter into force and effect today 01.03.2024
